Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or written confirmation from Pagdandi Stays. Website booking requests that are not paid or confirmed may remain pending until reviewed by the property team.
Cancellation Requests
Guests must contact Pagdandi Stays with their booking details to request cancellation. Cancellation eligibility depends on the booking date, check-in date, season, offer/coupon used, and any special terms communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, UPI, and payment-gateway processing timelines may vary. Gateway charges, taxes, or non-refundable components may be deducted where applicable.
No-Show and Early Checkout
If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior communication, the booking may be treated as a no-show. Early checkout or unused nights may not be eligible for refund unless approved by the property team.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to cottage availability, pricing differences, seasonal rates, and management approval. Any additional amount must be paid before the revised stay is confirmed.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If money is deducted but booking confirmation is not generated, guests should contact Pagdandi Stays with the payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed payment deductions will be reconciled and refunded as per payment-gateway timelines.
