Payments
Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Pagdandi Stays does not store full card numbers, UPI credentials, or banking passwords. We store payment status, transaction references, and related booking records required for reconciliation and support.
Identity Documents
Guest identity documents collected during check-in are used only for guest verification, legal compliance, and property safety. Access is restricted to authorized operations staff through the admin portal.
Sharing
We do not sell guest information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, send transactional emails, store check-in documents, or comply with lawful requests.
Retention
Booking, payment, inquiry, and check-in records are retained for operational, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance needs. Records are removed or restricted when no longer required.
